COVID Statement by NDA President

October 26, 2020

As the COVID-19 pandemic persists around the United States and the world, the AMOA-National Dart Association (NDA) hopes our players, operators, dart league coordinators, manufacturers, suppliers, volunteer leadership and staff remain healthy and safe.

Like many industries and organizations, NDA has experienced cancellations and disruptions in its daily business operations, particularly tournaments. As we lament over the lost camaraderie, competition and fun that our in-person activities provide, we encourage participation in our monthly weekend remote tourneys as a way to stay connected to the sport and each other. We eagerly look forward to the day when we can re-assemble to throw some darts. NDA values your involvement and participation…now more than ever.

NDA regrets the impact the shutdowns and restrictions have made on our events and your ability to participate. At the same time, however, we realize the consequences of the coronavirus on dart play pales in comparison to the heroic life and death battles being waged daily in communities, hospitals and homes virtually everywhere. Keep fighting the good fight…we’ll get back to some good playing soon.

Pat Webb

President—AMOA-National Dart Association
